Tour Prices and Inclusions

Tour prices are in Euros and are based on double occupancy. Published tours and tour prices are subject to change at any time. Single occupany prices, if not shown, are available upon request. Costs generally include the following services and amenities. Please refer to each tour's detailed day-by-day itinerary to confirm the exact inclusions.

• Personalized itinerary planning, handling and operational charges
• The full services of Secret Dalmatia (More Mandic d.o.o.) and our associate offices before, during and after your trip
• Private sightseeing with local, English-speaking guides
• Internal flights and regional surface transportation, including airport transfers
• Meals as indicated in detailed itinerary
• Admission fees during touring
• Travel visas and permits, where required
• Reservations at restaurants, spas, cultural events and performances
• Access to private gardens, artists and art collections, special-interest lecturers (if desired)
• Trip Confirmation and Travel Documents packages

Note: Minimum stay requirements and rate surcharges may apply at certain hotels during peak holiday travel dates.

Items excluded

• International airfare, Travel insurance, Airport departure taxes, Excess baggage charges, Gratuities, Personal expenses, Parking fees.

Deposits and Payments

A deposit of 50% of total cost per person is required to confirm all services. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. For reservations made within 60 days of departure, the entire tour cost must be paid at the time of booking. We accept payment by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. In some cases, a tour design fee will apply.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds of final payment will be honored as follows:

• Between 41-60 days of scheduled tour departure: 75% refund
• Between 31-40 days of scheduled tour departure: 50% refund
• 30 days or less prior to scheduled tour departure: No refund

Penalties and fees imposed by our suppliers may be additional and, if imposed, will be deducted from the above refunds, if any. A change of trip date or change of travel destination(s) will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees may apply.

Visas and Passports

Visa requirements and application forms, if applicable, will be sent upon receipt of a deposit. Passports must be valid for six months following date of entry into any international country. It is the sole responsibility of the tour participant to secure a valid passport with sufficient blank pages for immigration and visa stamps.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance (including trip delay, trip cancellation, trip interruption, and baggage insurance) once a trip has been booked. Health, accident, and emergency evacuation insurance are also strongly recommended. Detailed information will be provided upon receipt of a deposit, or upon request.

We charge obligatory insurance of 50 Euros per person/per week.

Terms & Conditions

A complete Tour Participant Agreement will be forwarded to each tour participant upon receipt of a deposit. The Tour Participant Agreement outlines all of the terms and conditions pertaining to a tour booking, including necessary limitations on our liability, and must be signed and returned to our office prior to the tour departure. All services and prices are subject to change without notice. Following full payment, final travel documents will be sent approximately two weeks prior to international departure.

‘ All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.’
