HOW WE WORK
Each trip request is received by our managing director. Together with one of our expert travel designers, your request is then thoroughly reviewed. Based on your inputs, we then create a custom-tailored program proposal. Each itinerary is completely adjustable to clients’ preferences, interests, or any other requirements you might have, through a detailed communication focused solely on clients’ feedback. We pay great attention to details, so when filling out your trip request form, make sure to be as thorough as possible.
When to Travel
The best time to visit Croatia is from late April to mid-October as this is when the weather is generally the most pleasant. However, the time of your visit will also depend on the type of itinerary you are interested in. Summer is reserved for high temperatures, making July and August perfect for visiting the Dalmatian Coast. If you are considering visiting off season, bear in mind that some services as well as some hotels and restaurants may be unavailable.
30% to 50% deposit payment (depending on the program) is due upon booking. After receiving deposit payment, you will be sent an official confirmation. Balance payment is due one month prior to arrival. After receiving balance payment, you will receive a document with all necessary information on your trip. We accept wire transfer and major credit cards through our secure payment gateway (Visa, Amex, Mastercard). In case of major changes after finalizing the trip, there will be a 250€ surcharge.

BEFORE YOU GO
All bookings are secured through the Liability insurance policy with Euroherc insurance no. 804214486. Basic travel insurance is included in your trip, and mandatory by Croatian law. The basic insurance only covers cases of disability if client gets injured, or in case of death during the trip. With confirming the reservation, the client also agrees to the agency’s insurance policy. The agreement conditions also state the client and all members of client’s party must have adequate travel insurance coverage (purchased at preferred insurance company) in case of liability, cancellations, expiration, expenses, or losses, for which the agency and suppliers can not be held responsible.
After we have received the balance payment which is due one month prior to arrival, you will be sent a final document containing all necessary information such as contacts, departure times, and other. No client is required to travel with any type of paper document, voucher, or confirmation letter. The agency strongly advises to all clients to travel with the INFO document issued approximately one month prior to arrival, as this document contains all relevant information for their travel. The client should check the latest information with nearest embassy, their confirmation documents, as well as passport validity.
