    BEFORE YOU GO

    Insurance

    All bookings are secured through the Liability insurance policy with Euroherc insurance no. 804214486. Basic travel insurance is included in your trip, and mandatory by Croatian law. The basic insurance only covers cases of disability if client gets injured, or in case of death during the trip. With confirming the reservation, the client also agrees to the agency’s insurance policy. The agreement conditions also state the client and all members of client’s party must have adequate travel insurance coverage (purchased at preferred insurance company) in case of liability, cancellations, expiration, expenses, or losses, for which the agency and suppliers can not be held responsible.

    Final Documents

    After we have received the balance payment which is due one month prior to arrival, you will be sent a final document containing all necessary information such as contacts, departure times, and other. No client is required to travel with any type of paper document, voucher, or confirmation letter. The agency strongly advises to all clients to travel with the INFO document issued approximately one month prior to arrival, as this document contains all relevant information for their travel. The client should check the latest information with nearest embassy, their confirmation documents, as well as passport validity.
